Hello beautiful Thankyou for booking with C Renee’ Please read policy below before booking ! ✨Booking Rules✨ All appointments must be scheduled,rescheduled or canceled through the booking site. To ensure a quality service, I don’t work over others technicians work! If nails are damaged, split or cracked I will not work on nails until they are completely healed. Please come to appointment ready with bare nails or a soak off booked ,have inspo pictures ready or SURE OF WHAT YOU WANT Please no extra people or children unless being serviced. ✨Late/Cancellation Policy✨ There is a 15 minute grace period. If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late please let me know so I can see if I can still service you. After 20 minutes your appointment will automatically be canceled and you will need to reschedule. All cancellations should be made 24 hrs prior to your appointment. Same day cancelations will be charged 50% of service cost If you are a no call/no show you will be charge FULL SERVICE amount and will be banned from booking until fee is paid. ✨Squeeze ins/ before or after hours✨ Squeeze ins are an extra $20 -$50 depending on style and length Before or after hours extra $40(any service booked outside of normal working hours) Must be paid via cash app or Zelle prior to appointment ✨Deposits✨ Deposits are required at time of booking.
